Information
Moelfre Bach is a traditional Welsh Cottage on a 185 acre sheep
farm, sleeping up to 6 persons plus a cot. It is situated in an
enclosed farm yard and has beed carefully restored. Being 1 mile
from the village of Llanaelhaearn , all the descriptions of the
attractions for Penllechog apply here as well. Lounge area, fully
carpeted with three piece suite and a colour TV. Cooker and fridge,
microwave and a dining area. Three double bed rooms with a double
bed in one room and twin beds in the other two. Duvets with covers
are provided but no bed linen. Bathroom suit with airing cupboard.
Electricity is by a £1 meter.

Contained in the 400 acre farmland is an 1,800 ft mountain known
as Gyru Ddu and a stone's throw away , over the valley and the village
of Llasnaelhaearn, is the Rivals range. Here you will find Tre Ceiri
with its Iron Age stone forts, over 2,000 years old and carefully
restored by Cadw: Welsh Historic Monuments. Three miles away is
the fishing harbour of Trefor with its small sandy beach, boats
and plenty of fishing off the jetty.We are very central for visiting
all the attractions in the area. The Llyn Peninsula is an Area of
outstanding natural beauty and the Snowdonia National Park starts
only a short drive away. Snowdonia itself is less than 20 miles
away.
